At Hosan TKD Academy, we offer a variety of programs to help individuals of all ages and skill levels achieve their goals through Taekwondo training. Our programs are designed to promote physical fitness, self-defense skills, discipline, and self-confidence.

Taekwondo for kids

Taekwondo has no age limits and is a very good sport for children. They learn fast reactions through games, learn to respect others and learn to know their abilities and disabilities. Competition rules are a bit different for children then they are for adults. Although children wear full body protection (preferably thicker than the protection for adults) only kicks and punches to the body are allowed, no kicks to the head.

Our children’s program is designed to teach kids the fundamentals of Taekwondo in a fun and safe environment. Adult Class

Our adult program is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Demonstration Team

Our “Demonstration Team” class showcases the skills of well-trained Taekwondo experts, who perform advanced high-level Taekwondo kicking techniques and a variety of dynamic demonstration activities that captivate audiences.

Black Belt Class
